Nose: Sweet and clean with nice complexity from the Triple Distilled spirits.
Taste: Gentle sweetness, “fruity” elements from the double-char casks, interesting malt notes and a “roundness” from the addition of Sherry Wood.
Finish: Sweetness, well-balanced easy-drinking whiskey with a touch of turf smoke to round things off.
